what we collect, and why.
soravio is a trust product. our own data handling should model the pitch: first-party, governed, and removable on request. this notice covers the waitlist only.
what we collect
when you join the waitlist we store your email address and your explicit consentto be emailed about early access. if you choose to answer the optional follow-up, we also store the answers you give — your role, team size, how you track competitors today, which data sources you’d connect, how you’d want it run, your reaction to pricing, an optional company name, and whether you’re open to a short conversation. all of those are optional and you may skip them.
we also record non-identifying provenance — the page that referred you, any campaign parameters in the link, and an opaque referral code — so we can understand where interest comes from. we do not set advertising cookies, and we do not store your IP address.
why we collect it
the lawful basis is your consent. we use your email to contact you about early access and the first operated cohort. the optional answers help us tailor what we build and decide who we reach first. we do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.
where it lives
waitlist entries are stored in a dedicated database hosted on Neon, kept separate from any customer or product data. analytics is cookieless and aggregate — no personal data is sent into analytics events. the full list of processors we rely on is on our subprocessors page.
how long we keep it
we keep your entry while the waitlist is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can follow up about the cohort. if you ask to be removed, or once it’s clear we won’t be in touch, we delete it.
how to be removed
email privacy@soravio.appand we’ll delete your entry and confirm. you can also ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
