what this covers
these terms apply to the soravio.app marketing site and the waitlist / early-access sign-up. soravio is operated and limited-cohort — it is not generally available. joining the waitlist is not a purchase and creates no obligation on us to provide any service.
no service guarantee yet
access is invitation-based. we may change, delay, or decide not to open the cohort. nothing here is a promise of a live product, of uptime, or of any particular date.
acceptable use
please don’t scrape the site for resale, submit automated or bulk entries, probe or attempt to break the service, or sign up under a false identity or to spam. we may decline or remove any entry at our discretion.
intellectual property
the soravio name, brand, copy, and design are ours. the eve, vercel, and neon marks belong to their respective owners. you keep ownership of anything you submit, but you grant us permission to use it to operate the waitlist and decide who we reach first.
no warranty
the site and any preview material are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. the cited research figures on this site are sourced for context, not advice, and we don’t warrant they fit your situation.
limitation of liability
to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the preview site or the waitlist. nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
privacy
how we handle waitlist data is set out in our privacy notice, and the processors we rely on are listed under subprocessors.
changes
we may update these terms during the preview. the current version on this page governs.
governing law
